1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NORTH Motor Quality Cars website ("the Site"), visiting our showroom, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Us

NORTH Motor Quality Cars ("we", "us", "our") is a licensed motor vehicle dealer operating from 3/65 Buckingham Drive, Wangara WA 6065. Our Dealer Licence number is MD 31422.

3. Vehicle Listings & Information

All vehicle listings on the Site are provided for general information purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information (including but not limited to specifications, features, pricing, photographs, and availability) is complete, current, or error-free.
Vehicle photographs may show optional extras or accessories not included in the listed price. Colours displayed on screen may differ from the actual vehicle colour.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
A vehicle listing on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell. All sales are subject to availability and confirmation by NORTH Motor.

4. Vehicle Purchases

All vehicle purchases are subject to a separate Vehicle Sale Agreement signed by both parties. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace, any vehicle sale agreement.
A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposit terms (including refundability) will be specified at the time of reservation.
Vehicles are sold "as inspected" unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. We recommend all buyers arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection prior to purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

5. Test Drives

You must hold a valid, current Australian driver's licence (or equivalent recognised licence) appropriate for the class of vehicle. A copy of your licence will be retained for our records.
You must comply with all applicable road laws during the test drive, including the Road Traffic Act 1974 (WA) and the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 (WA).
The driver is solely responsible for any traffic infringements, fines, or penalties incurred during the test drive.
The driver is liable for any damage to the vehicle arising from negligence, reckless driving, or failure to comply with traffic laws during the test drive.
NORTH Motor reserves the right to refuse a test drive at its absolute discretion.
Test drives must follow the route and conditions specified by our staff. Unauthorised use of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

6. Trade-In & Sell Your Car

Trade-in and vehicle purchase valuations are provided as estimates only and are subject to physical inspection and verification of the vehicle's condition, history, and documentation.
Any valuation provided is valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
You warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle being sold or traded in, that the vehicle is free from encumbrances (unless disclosed), and that all information provided is true and accurate.

7. Finance Applications

NORTH Motor acts as an introducer to third-party lenders. We do not provide credit or financial advice.
Finance applications are subject to the lender's approval criteria and terms. We do not guarantee approval of any finance application.
You must provide accurate and complete information in finance applications. Providing false or misleading information may constitute an offence.
Refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how your financial data is handled.

8. Website Use

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server on which the Site is hosted, or any system connected to the Site.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NORTH Motor excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of our Site, services, or the purchase of any vehicle.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Intellectual Property
